Premier League transfer stories suggest that the top clubs have same players on their radar for the January transfer window. In Chelsea transfer news, Shakhtar Donetsk’s Brazilian midfielder, Willian Silva might turn out to be the bone of contention between Chelsea and Manchester City. The 24-year old was in prime form against his side’s match against Chelsea; the match which could be termed as his audition.
Willian expressed his intentions about moving to the Premier League, thus creating a commotion among the top clubs. The mid-fielder has a price tag of £25million on his sleeve, but might be willing to take a substantial pay-cut for the fulfillment of his desires. Chelsea FC had made a move on Willian in the August window, but Shakhtar turned the Blues as they plan to renew their bid this January.
In Liverpool transfer news, the Reds seem interested in young talent like Chelsea FC; Brendan Rodgers is monitoring the 18-year old Anderlecht midfielder, Dennis Praet. The Anfield side has shown its inclination towards young players like, Suso, Raheem Sterling and Andre Wisdom. The mid-fielder is being watched by other premier league teams, but Liverpool seems to have a control over the transfer with an offer of £4million.
In Arsenal transfer news, the Gunners have sent their scouts for the PSV wonder kid, Riechedly Bazoer, who just turned 16. Manchester City and Newcastle are the other two clubs, which would like to see the Dutch boy in their ranks. PSV is reportedly trying to save the boy from the grasp of the Premier League sharks as they have offered him his first professional contract.
In Manchester United transfer news, the Old Trafford side might not see the PSV mid-fielder, Kevin Strootman in their jersey after the January transfer window as PSV has rejected their £15million offer. PSV, however asked Sir Alex to call them in May.
