Premier League are abuzz with loan transfers in recent times

Premier League transfer stories are reeling in Chelsea transfers for this season. In Chelsea transfer news, Blues target Neymar put the premier league teams on red alert after expressing his desire to learn English, but later explained his language intentions were for international duty.

Neymar has been under the observation of Real Madrid and Barcelona and might make a move to one of the Spanish sides.
